The LINC Home Study program is open to adult immigrants over the age of 17, who have not yet acquired Canadian citizenship. Students must have at least a CLB benchmark of 3 for listening and speaking, and a CLB benchmark of 2 for reading and writing. They must be willing to work independently for at least 10 - 12 hours a week, be self-motivated and be willing to take charge of their own learning.

Individuals who have been assessed according to CLBA guidelines.
Some students are not be eligible for the program,
Canadian Citizens,
VISA / International students etc.
